Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 the organization rules was enacted according to labor union act. If there is any other rules we didn’t mention in our union rules, all abiding current labor union act.
Article 2 our union was named Taichung Art performance Union (TTC)
Article 3 our goal is to upgrade our member’s knowledge, skill and cooperation to each other in order to improve each member’s living standard and to ensure our member’s right.
Article 4 Our main working places are most in Taichung county and our address is at No.295, Dazun Rd., Houli Dist., Taichung City 421, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
Chapter 2 Missions
Article5 TTCU’s Mission
1. To unify and corporate our member and help their development of their art performance career.
2. We regularly open some courses such dancing or singing class, business development and international exchange events.
3. To promote member’s mutual aid such savings, medical and health care etc.
4. To build a library or newspaper office and publish the magazine are our goal.
5. To give different kind of service and entertainment to our members.
6. To mediate any dispute between labor and management.
7. Regarding any suggestions to modify or abolish labor union act.
8. To do anything to improve members working conditions or facilitates their working welfares.
9. To help our members apply labor insurance and national health insurance.
10. To compatible to Chapter 3 and any related law regulations.
All should be done according to other laws and regulations matters.

Chapter 3 members
6. Anyone who is performing in our union and over 16 years old should be enrolling as a member to our union.
7. If you want to be one of our members, you should apply and fill an application and a guarantee. After passing to our examination management and pay the membership fees then you become one of our members.
8. You can not leave our union by yourself except you switch to another line of business or move to another administrative division. You have to submit some documents to prove that you are really move or switch to another line of work. Secondly, you have to hand on all the certifications which are from TTCU and clear all the costs you owed to TTC. Finally, you can ask to refund any membership fee back which you had already paid to TTC.
9. Members have right to speak, vote, election, recall, stand for election and other rights according to law.
10. Members have to comply with the constitution, obey orders and resolutions, and have the obligations to pay all costs on time.
11. If our members do anything to violated the provisions of the articles, or other unlawful violations which might harm the reputation to our union, after our investigation. If is true, we will respectively give you a punishment according the severity from giving you a warning, probation, or to suspend you usage right or to expel your name from our union etc. if we want to expel the name from our union, we will have a general meeting to make the decision and report to related authority as a record. In the meanwhile, you have to hand you member certificated back and clear any costs you owed to union.
Chapter 4 organization
12. The general meeting will be the highest authority. The council will act for the position to do the right during the general meeting is close.
13. Our union has nine directors, vice-directors, three supervisors and vice supervisors. All the positions above should be the citizen of R.O.C must be over 20 years old and our regulations are according article47 of Regulations on Election and Recall in Civil Associations
14. We will elect a member as director to oversee our organization and elect one supervisor to manage the daily business.
15. We have one secretary and some other staffs and assistants to run the daily routine of our works. Our conference staffs should be hired or appointed by our union and the regulations are separately from article15.
16. We will not pay any salary to the positions of directors and supervisors, because the expense should be paid by our union.
17. The tenure of the directors and supervisor are three years but could renew the term by election. But one limitation is that the people who renew their term can’t over two third of last tenure.
18. We will set up variety committee and hire professional consultant when we have the demand.
Chapter 5 Authority
19. The authority of our member’s general meetings
l To amend the passing regulations.
l To elect or recall the directors or supervisors.
l To remove the members
l To examine the plan and revenue and expenditure budget of the funds.
l To establish, manage and dispose the foundation.
l To take disciplinary the important property.
l To make decision who will be the representative to participate the election.
l To make decision of other important affairs.
20. The authority of our directorate meetings
l To elect executive director.
l To deal with the works and to be representative of our union.
l To convene a member’s general meeting and make final resolution.
l To frame the progress of working plan and implement; to write working report.
l To execute revenue and expenditure budget of the fund and to budget the final accounts.
l To accept or adopt the suggestions of our members.
l To cope with the member’s matters such member’s enrolment, dismissal and transfer to other union.
l To handle other important affairs of our union
21. The authority of our executive director
l To convene a meeting.
l To carry out the final resolution of the meeting.
l To deal with the council’s affairs.
l To manipulate and keep the funds.
l To scrutiny and assign missions to staffs.
22. The authority of our supervisor’s meetings
l To elect a supervisor
l To scrutiny the executive director to carry out the resolutions in the general meeting.
l To inspect any plan that is carrying out.
l To audit the expense of revenue and expenditure and other related financial affairs.
l To scrutiny other related affairs.

l To convene the supervisor’s meetings
l To execute the resolution of the meetings
l To handle the daily works.
Chapter 6 Meetings
24. Our union divided the meeting to three parts.
l General meeting- once a year
l Directorate meetings- once every three months
l Supervisor meetings-once every three months
25. If there is over one-tenth member’s resigned to convene the general meeting, then the director think we need to convene the meeting. Then we can convene a temporary general meeting.
26. If there is over half person resigned to convene the directorate meeting, and the director think we need to convene the meeting, then we can convene a temporary directorate meeting.
If there is over half person resigned to convene the supervisor meeting, and the director think we need to convene the meeting, then we can convene a temporary supervisor meeting.
27. If our members can’t attend the meeting for any personal reasons, they should use written document to entrust other member to participate the meeting. And everyone can only representative one person to attend this meeting and can’t over one-third people who go the meeting in person.
28. The director and supervisor can’t absent and have to attend the meeting in person expect business leave or other reasonable reason. If they don’t have reasonable reason but absent over two times, we will regard it as resign the positions. Then we will respectively fill the position by the candidate.
29. If the attendance of each meeting has over half people then it can convene the meeting, and should agree the final resolution which agrees over half members.
But only when you want to modify or add some regulations to our organization, the attendance should over one-third then the final resolution should be done.
Chapter 7Funds
30. Three parts of our funds
l Entrance fee
l Annual membership fees.
l Temporary raising funds and special funds
Our entrance fee is five hundred dollars and should pay the entrance fee at the eleventh times here; Our annual membership fees is one hundred a month and should pay the annual membership half a year; you have to tell the related controlling organization nucleus to verify raising temporary or special funds.
31. Our fiscal year is from 1st January to 31th December, and our revenue and expenditure situation have to report in the director meetings every three month. You have to send you compiled statements to supervisor meeting to scrutiny. The statement of revenue and expenditure, settlement, and financial situation has to report in annual general meetings.
32. If our members don’t have justification but owe their labor insurance and national health insurance over one month, the director can suspense the person’s right and report to health insurance bureau and labor insurance bureau. If the members still not pay the labor insurance and national health insurance fee before the general meeting, we have the right to remove the member, stop his insurance and retrieve the money.
Chapter 8 Supplementary articles
33. Our members have to join labor insurance and national health insurance according to the law, and if you want to join the insurance based on our union, you have to pay the fee to our union and we will pay it together to labor bureau and national health bureau.
34. If our union dismiss or close, the property of the union should abide the labor union act to handle it and not belong to any members
35. Other detailed regulation of our organization should be set up respectively.
36. Our regulations have to pass through the general meeting and report to the related organization, the same while modifying.
